Each first Friday of the month—except during preplanned store wide book sale events—Friends will receive a 50% discount by presenting their current membership card when purchasing any book. Anyone can join the Friends on the day of the sale (first Friday) by signing up with a bookstore volunteer, and receiving the 50% discount with payment of membership. Select one book or more, and receive 50% off your total purchase.

The bookstore has a broad selection of gently used hardcovers and paperbacks in fiction and non-fiction. Everything from your favorite Florida author to specialty books on cooking, gardening, history, politics, biographies, large print type, children’s books and even puzzles are available.

Our bookstore volunteers are happy to help you with reading recommendations and locating specific authors. The inventory changes often, and recently published books can be found here also. The bookstore opens at 10am Monday through Saturday. If you haven’t visited the bookstore lately, please stop by and browse for a bargain.
